Felt like royalty! Easiest vehicle purchase yet! I had been shopping for about 6 months for a truck for my husband and had little patience since most dealers didn't take me serious! The whole process was painless and they were very transparent with me, went into detail about all the costs and my cost of borrowing! I was always greeted by the managent and offered refreshments! The process is quick and no pressure, just worked with me to get to a number we both agreed on! Plus they dug to get me all kinds of loyalty discounts which was going the extra mile! Alliese was very patient with me and took the time to go over my questions! Their process was flawless so I was confident in the product and I was being treated with respect! A problem developed recently at 61,000 km, with the air suspension system and it ap I have taken my 2012 Tahoe in for all servicing and warranty work. A problem developed recently at 61,000 km, with the air suspension system and it appeared that some parts were not covered by the extended warranty. I explained my interpretation of the warranty and it's exclusions, discussed it in an e-mail with the service manager, Paul and Lakewood stepped up and agreed to work with me on this problem. The work was completed correctly a short time later, under warranty. I am extremely pleased with the resolve of this issue. Erika Hygard was extremely helpful with satisfying my needs. More
