January 2106 I bought my previous vehicle at Lakewood in 2011. Over the years, I became comfortable relying on Dwayne Lucas in the service department which was m I bought my previous vehicle at Lakewood in 2011. Over the years, I became comfortable relying on Dwayne Lucas in the service department which was my primary reason for returning to Lakewood. I find Lakewood less intimidating than other dealerships and really appreciated dealing with female employees in the showroom/finance department. Both Raeline Doherty and Manita Bains were receptive to questions and pleasant to deal with. I enjoyed their enthusiasm and commend them on their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Constructive Feedback: I did find that the focus on the tech package, Onstar and Sirius was endless. I would have preferred more time focusing on the physical operation of the new vehicle (wipers, folding seats, airbags, sound system, menus for mileage/gas shifts) so that I didn't have to spend as much time physically going through my manual. The Sirius/Onstar features are all easily accessed online and on YouTube. I realize this is client specific, but for me, they were not the reason I chose this vehicle/dealership. I had a bad experience with Sirius with the previous car, and I am not interested in this feature. All I wanted to ensure was that there was an AUX jack and USB port for my non-bluetooth ipod which is my music/audiobook device. I do like the bluetooth for the phone very much. I am not interested in pursuing Onstar, so having to go through the registration process, was really annoying when I was eager to drive my new car away. As a social worker, I would suggest sensitivity training regarding the taking of photos. If a client does not want a photo taken, it may be that there may be safety concerns with having photos taken or posted on social media/websites. I appreciate that I have a choice to decline publication at this point, but I felt pressured to have photos taken at all. In my line of work, it is considered a cultural or privacy issue. I stopping by service as the tire pressure indicator was on. Dwayne inflated the tires a bit and seemed quite happy to answer few other mechanicall questions that I had. I give you my criticisms to improve your already exceptional sales and service. I hope that you know that I genuinely do enjoy working with all of your staff and will almost certainly choose Lakewood for my next vehicle. Many thanks. More

We ended up buying from them and the service was great and very professional, with no pressure. Everything from the selection of the truck to the financing went very smooth. He took Lakewood Chev was absolutely great to deal with from begin to end. Lucky Uppal was a pleasure to work with thanks to his easy-going nature. He took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted in my truck, all the way from dealbreakers down to my slightest preferences. There was no pressure to change my mind or to add in extra things I didnt want. He presented me with facts and allowed me to make my own selection. Lucky was also very patient with me, showing me several different options before I made my final decision. Ultimately, he ended up finding me my perfect truck. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it, and that's not something that happens by chance. Dan Bass was there every step of the way too, making sure everything went smoothly. He'd check in from time to time and was genuinely interested in my feedback. And of course I can't forget the guys in the back. They found the perfect accessories to add on to my truck and had everything installed and ready to go for me. Overall, my experience at Lakewood was amazing.
