We ended up buying from them and the service was great and very professional, with no pressure. Everything from the selection of the truck to the financing went very smooth. Our sales person Terri was awesome and very knowledgeable she guided us all the way through the transaction. There was no pressure to change my mind or to add in extra things I didnt want. He presented me with facts and allowed me to make my own selection. Lucky was also very patient with me, showing me several different options before I made my final decision. Ultimately, he ended up finding me my perfect truck. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it, and that's not something that happens by chance. Dan Bass was there every step of the way too, making sure everything went smoothly. He'd check in from time to time and was genuinely interested in my feedback. And of course I can't forget the guys in the back. They found the perfect accessories to add on to my truck and had everything installed and ready to go for me. Overall, my experience at Lakewood was amazing.
