I dealt with Linda (sales) and Jacob (management) who were both friendly, professional, knowledgable, and very easy to work with. I was very impressed with Linda as she made the car-buying process hassle-free; I very much appreciated the low-pressure atmosphere she provided (especially after visiting some other pushy dealerships prior to my Lakewood Chev visit), and she was very accessible throughout the whole process.
