My first chevy I was amazed by the size of the chevy trax. It comes with 1.4 liter eco turbo. Very cheap on gas and economical. The sales staff were amazing, they made me feel so comfortable and made sure to explain everything so that I was sure about my purchase. The manager Dan Bass was especially great, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I've heard horror stories about people getting ripped off when buying a car but I can say with confidence that I am 100% pleased with everything. I had a minor issue with the remote the 2nd day where it seemed that the car couldn't detect the FOB.. I called Lakewood immediately and they had me bring the car in.. they set me up with a rental car at no cost..the next day my car was done. It was as simple as a reset. Dan in the service department was very nice, he took the time to listen to me and then explain everything to me when I came back to pick the car up. I was very impressed with the service I received. I would recommend this place to everyone in a heart beat, I will without a doubt be coming back for any future vehicles. More
