I made an online inquiry and soon after had a follow up. I appreciated the email contact as it was easier for us and our schedules. They were very accommodating to the fact we didn't have loads of time to spend at the dealership with a 2 and 5 yr old. Everything was prepared and efficient which we appreciated. Best of all, we had a 24hr test drive. This really helped us make a decision. I could see how this vehicle fit my everyday life. Not once did we feel pressured or like we were trying to be "up sold ". The service is friendly and down to earth. I definately felt like I could ask any question at any time. My old license plate was siezed to my trade in so they replaced my plate for me which they didn't have to do at all. Also they noticed a small clip missing and are replacing the part and clip. They are honest and want their customers to be completely satisfied. I would recommend people consider the quality of chevrolet and the service and friendliness of lakewood chevrolet for their next vehicle purchase.
