I went to Lakewood Chevrolet to get a quote from them and to look at the 2016 Chevy Cruze. Lakewood managed to get me the same financing but with so much more! Compared to the other car, the Cruze had a car starter, OnStar (includes WiFi!), Apple Carplay, etc and they also managed to fit in winter tires into my deal. Such a different experience My car broke down so after 13 years I needed a new car. I had done research of what I wanted and what I could afford beforehand. The first dealership I walked into I clearly explained this and was immediately shown something that turned out to be over twice my budget. When I went to lakewood chev I told them the same thing and they listened to me. Immediately showed me something that fit what I was looking for. They suggested something a bit better that may have suited a few more of my needs but when I said it was our of my budget they went back to the first vehicle. I actually appreciated them showing me the other one in this case because they knew what i needed, listened to what I said were must haves and like to haves. and weren't just trying to upsell me, they were showing me something closer to what I was used to. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me things/features that I would care about. I was pretty stressed about the process but Merik and the sales manager Federico made it a lot more fun and easy. Erin in the finance department was also great. Explained everything well and was available for any questions. Was super happy with my overall experience and will definitely be back for my next car and recommend them whenever I have the opportunity More
