He went over the information thoroughly and spent time to set up everything that needed to be done. I drove away with nothing else to do and no questions. He introduced me to the lead hands in every department of the facility which left me very comfortable in knowing where to go for all the services I require. Felt like family. It all started at Lakewood when I first started hunting I browsed every Chevy dealer in Edmonton, contacted most in Calgary, and even started to ponder the small ones outside of the cities. All to end back up at Lakewood and glad I did. I never received better service, attitude (I'm difficult to deal with), and willingness to please than I did with them. Every step from the beginning to the end I felt comfortable and calm, never pressured or rushed. They gave me the exact truck I was looking for and everything included for exactly what I wanted to pay. No other dealership was able to come close to that. Love my sexy new Malibu from Lakewood I came into the dealership about three months ago and talked casually to Sean Simon about the newly designed 2016 Malibu. He took me for a test drive I came into the dealership about three months ago and talked casually to Sean Simon about the newly designed 2016 Malibu. He took me for a test drive and I left thinking it was pretty nice. Last week I went in on Tuesday and took it for a drive again and decided that was the car for me. I decided to go with leasing a 2017 Malibu Premier. Sean was able to build me a car, locate one in another city and get it to Edmonton by Thursday. Christina handled all the leasing and paperwork very efficiently. It was ready for me to pick up yesterday (Friday) and I have to say I am very excited about it. It's gorgeous and has a lot of toys I need to learn how to use. Thanks Sean, Christina and Dan for all your help making this experience pleasurable and worry free. :) More
