Unfortunate first impression. To start off the people at Lakewood Chevrolet Service center were nice and friendly. I just hope their diagnostic mistakes are a few and far between f To start off the people at Lakewood Chevrolet Service center were nice and friendly. I just hope their diagnostic mistakes are a few and far between for other customers because they would end up wasting their time and money needing different service done. If your think Lakewood quotes are too expensive for you make sure that the other service shop confirms Lakewood diagnostic report so you don't end up spending extra time and money like me. Lakewood did remedy the diagnostic inspection cost by offering a free oil change for my truck which is fair. Just make sure that Lakewood cover the cost of a wrong diagnostic on your vehicle if you get it serviced there because they told me they would if I got my truck serviced with them. More
