Avalanche service I feel many service stations over charge and talk down to a female. I was told by a service station that my Avalanche needed over $2,000 in repairs. That's what car buying expereince should be! I bought a 2016 Corvette this past weekend and couldn't be happier with my purchase! I found it on Autotrader which checked all my boxes. I thought it was worth an effort to make a trip from Calgary to check it out. It was every bit as advertised and more! It has less wear and tear than I expected, at least to my eye. The test drive appointment was scheduled on my first preference. I offered further reasonable price deduction which was accepted without further bargaining. Some after-sale packages were presented as expected but I didn't feel any hard-sell pressure. The financing rate offered was probably better than I could get at my own bank. All in all, I was very pleased with the product, the service, and friendly atmosphere at this dealership. I definitely would come back for future business! More

My 125% satisfactory experience I have rated the dealership as excellent because they actually listened to my needs. not like other dealerships that try to sell you on just any vehic I have rated the dealership as excellent because they actually listened to my needs. not like other dealerships that try to sell you on just any vehicle regardless of what you have told them as long as they make a sale. The same day I was at a different dealership for a different brand name of a vehicle and the service that I got I would say it was the worse and believe me I know the expectations of customers as I work in an environment that the highest Customer Service has to be met. So when I arrived @ Lakewood Chev my family and I felt at home and the sales person that assisted us made us feel very welcomed and was very accommodating to our needs. I will definitely refer Lakewood to my friends and family and other people that I may talk to that are looking to buy a new vehicle.
