Best experience ever in a dealership We came to Lakewood after talking with another dealership on the purchase of a new car. The other dealership was not willing to move on the price as We came to Lakewood after talking with another dealership on the purchase of a new car. The other dealership was not willing to move on the price as much as we had hoped, so we came to Lakewood. We told our story to the sales rep and told him what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. We were a few thousand apart on the deal and we knew it. We were open and honest and they were too. In the end, they came up and we came down. No high pressure sales or back and forth with management. They dealt straight with us and didn't play any games. We has a lot of respect for dealerships that do that. When we took delivery of the car they were so helpful and seemed very happy that we were pleased. I have never felt so at home and at ease when buying a vehicle. I would recommend Lakewood to all my friends and family. They are a super group of people. More

I was supposed to be leaving for a trip the next day. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire, James suggested that I switch to my summer. That made me feel that he honestly cares about his customers. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I ended up getting a new tire anyways. He brought it in for me the next day and even though they had a full day they even replaced it for me so I didn't have to delay my trip any longer. Fair, mistakes were honestly corrected, recommended I had seen Vince a few times over about a year and a half while considering a few cars and trucks. He was very helpful and patient. I feel like I got I had seen Vince a few times over about a year and a half while considering a few cars and trucks. He was very helpful and patient. I feel like I got reasonable value for my trade in with the sale manager and fair good pricing on upgrading some accessories. Financing was straight forward and not pushy. Service made a mistake and didn't apply one of the protection products I purchased. They call me in right away and offered complimentary application of another product for the hassle which was appreciated. I later purchased some all weather mats and parts was very helpful in advising a good product and saving me some money. Overall it felt a little more small dealer - in a good way - than some of the other places I have bought a car/truck. I've bought a lot of new vehicles and this dealership seems to be honest and up front. When little human errors were made they made it right and then some. More
