Joining the Chevy team I wasn't happy with the Ford I was driving and wanted a Chevy. As soon as I walked in everyone was very helpful. While it was obvious that he wanted to sell me a truck I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. I am very satisfied with the entire process. At no point did I feel like just another customer that they wanted to make money off of. It was a very friendly environment that left me feeling very satisfied with my purchase. More

It was nice to have a salesmen not be pushy or aggressive, to be straight up and honest. Manita in Finance was amazing to deal with. She explained and made sure I understood everything I was signing. Everyone that I came into contact at the dealership was friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure my experience was amazing. The right truck, right time I had been looking for a specific truck and Lakewood had it. I inquired about it on their website and got a phone call within 15 minutes. I'm from out of town and had to deal over phone and email. I must admit, they made it simple. Negotiating a price was easier than most places. I had been dealing with my local dealers but they couldn't get me the truck I wanted or at a price I was willing to pay. Sean Simon did both for me with less hassle. I made the drive to Edmonton, bought the truck and was back on the road in a couple of hours. They were aware of my situation and we're prepared to make it as quick and painless as possible. I was pleasantly impressed. My only hassle was when they registered my new truck for me, they did it to a new plate instead of the old one I had with me. Not a big deal, and they paid the registration for the mix up. All in all, it was the easiest truck I've purchased. I know everyone's experience is different, mine was positive. I would recommend to friends and family. More
