Other dealerships could learn a lot from Lakewood customer service - they are always in good moods, they always remember you and are very helpful and most of them have stayed for years. The mechanics have always returned my vehicles clean and everything was done properly. The cashiers are on top of everything and are very pleasant. Dwayne found something wrong with my suv and already lined it up with my insurance/coverage before he called me. It was amazing. Everthing was repaired and fixed in one day, and best part, I wasn't ripped off. I know I can drive my four plus one more on the way (children) in a safe SUV. Best feeling ever!!!
