Services Work Experience Lakewood service department was able to get me in on short notice as my warranty was running out. No waiting for an appointment sometime in the future. Explained my Service needs to James, who correctly captured them in the work order. One item was even diagnosed in the service bay with James and Corey Bates. They explained to me in very understandable terms what was happening and it was normal. They also said they they would also have the tech look it over to be sure. I was satisfied with their explanation. I asked if I could wait for my truck and James said no problem. He would update me as required. James came out a half hour later to give me this update and let me know how things were progressing. This is such excellent customer service from James. No Hassel Experience I arrived for a scheduled appointment to look at a new truck with Sean Simon. Once i arrived, Sean went out of his way to ensure I would get an opportunity to deal on the truck even though their was other interest in it. Their was no pressure to purchase it, he was very professional and let me make my own mind up not trying to influence my decision. It was a pleasure to deal with an dealership that had no hidden addenda. The price was what it was as discussed on the phone and when the papers were to be signed no hidden fees. Erin who looked after the paperwork was very organized, detailed and moved things along quite nicely so I wasn't stuck in the office for hours.
