Sean Simon was extremely helpful from the moment I first inquired to the moment I left the dealership! he responded to my online inquires without hesitation and he went out of his way to find the exact truck I was looking for (2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country). Erin Healy in finance was also an absolute sweetheart to do business with, she helped me keep my payments comfortable while ensuring that I got the truck of my dreams with the add-ons I needed at my request. Sean, Erin and Jim worked late for me on October 31st/2017 to ensure that I would be approved for a loan and that I would get the %20 MSRP savings deal that would expire that night. They were nothing but kind and helpful to me. They answered all of my questions and were more than accommodating to my needs considering I am located four hours out of town. Sean and Erin made sure to put on my extra accessories on just in time for me to pick up my new truck and i was given a pretty cool tour of my truck. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything and everyone was very open and honest about everything. I could not be happier with my Chevrolet and the friendly customer service I received from Lakewood Chevrolet and I will be returning in the future for all my automotive needs and for future vehicle and Chevrolet accessory purchases! as will my family and friends. SUV for New Mom! Went in only to window shop for a new SUV. Had no intentions of buying a new vehicle, but just recently discovered my daughter's carseat wouldn't fit Went in only to window shop for a new SUV. Jacob helped us with any questions of concerns and set us up with Erin for financing. Erin did everything to make my new purchase fit into my budget, which was amazing!
