It is obvious this is a top management down approach when folks like Kerry Russell and Paul Hrynew take the time to step out of their offices to say hello and make sure you are being looked after. Just purchased second new vehicle since 2013 and the attention I received from Dan Bass and Lucky Uppal was excellent. At the end of the day I was very satisfied with the price and delivery of my new vehicle. Over the years I have also found the Service department very helpful and accommodating. Cory Bates has been an excellent service consultant for me over the years. Erika Hygard, and Dwayne Lucas have helped me many times when Cory wasn't available and were also excellent to work with. I honestly can't recall a bad experience at Lakewood and it is obvious they pride themselves on great service and a personable approach to customer satisfaction. I am sure this approach is appreciated by many as I know I do. Thanks so much. More

Above and Beyond!! Everyone who helped me buy my car was really nice and friendly. It would have cost me 2000 dollars if they hadn't which I couldn't afford and I'm so grateful for what they did. Fantastic sales person!!! Vince is an amazing sales man! We were on the lot for a good portion of the day! He came out to welcome us and gave us time to look around.
