Jon was the only one to get back to in over the phone & "talked" with me With all the technology we have nowadays, a very simple reply,one one one conversation got my business. My job has me all over the province hauling heavy equipment & in 4 days of chit chat on the cell phone, Jon delivered a 2017 murano to my wife with a smile I can't say enough what a difference it made to "talk" not just email info back & forth.
