MIsty Schon Financial Services Manager was pleasant, providing good information on warranty and financing options. Lawton the Sale Manager provided the only disappointing portion of my purchase experience. While completing the purchase documents, Misty informed me that Lawton wanted me to take my Honda home and that the dealership would detail my vehicle and deliver to me. This was surprising as I lived 6 hours away and Zeb and I had discussed how getting both vehicles was going to be difficult. The call that Saturday morning from Zeb telling me that Lawton wasn't going to deliver my vehicle. I understand how deceptive sales people often toss out empty promises to close a sale but this one had come after I had made the purchase. Lawton sadly wasn't even able to make the call himself to reveal his deceit, leaving that to Zeb. More
