Purchase of a brand new 2017 Ford Escape Don Dornbrack was wonderful. We had called to enquirer if they had any 2015 Escapes. They did so we made an appointment and Don Dornbrack met us outside as we pulled in. The car had been brought into the nice warm garage and after checking it out, took it for a test drive. During our discussion after, the question came up why not a new one? I must say that through the whole time we were there, we never felt pressured or hurried. We were given options, suggestions and questions were answered in a very friendly atmosphere. An excellent buying experience We had never been to Knight Ford Lincoln before, but were in the market for a used Cadillac SRX and wanted to have a look at the one they were offerin We had never been to Knight Ford Lincoln before, but were in the market for a used Cadillac SRX and wanted to have a look at the one they were offering. It didnt fit our needs but our salesman Adam Ponto suggested looking at the Lincoln MK series - either a C or an X. I had purchased a 1999 Camaro from Adam previously at another dealership and knew he was a great guy to deal with so we had a look. Long story short, we found a used MKC that fit the bill for what we were looking for. He and the rest of the staff (Lawton and Misty) treated us more as friends than customers and made the experience a smooth and comfortable transaction. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated with respect and fairness. From the sales dept to parts and service everyone was friendly and asked if we were being looked after. Good job! More
