ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE!!! I will start by our salesmen were great! It’s clearly the finance department that needs work!! We purchased our new vehicle on April 28/18 and it’s almost June and we are still dealing with both of the new and old car payments coming out of our account. When I phoned to get our money back it was a Thursday and they expected us to wait till Monday for the cheque to be ready, when I picked it up, it was not even half of what it should have been and I had to fight for the rest. Then they expected us to pay the interest. Our bank has still not received the cheque. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Needless to say I will NEVER be back and for the record I NEVER even received an apology!! 😡😡😡😡 More
