When for an oil change, they tried to charge about 1000 for preventive maintenance covered by the extended warranty. Also they mess up with the oil. The car uses 5w-20 but the invoice is for a 5w-30 which for preventive maintenance covered by the extended warranty. Also they mess up with the oil. Price a vehicle fairly, and value a trade-in fairly, and informed consumers will respond. 3. LIttle things like a 3 day test drive and a full tank of gas mean a lot. 4. Straightforward, personable, friendly service goes a long long way. 5. In a small centre, your reputation means a lot. I had a great experience at Knight Ford. Lawton, Sheri, and Don made the transaction simple, quick, and a pleasure. Prices were fair all around and everyone left feeling they got a good deal. I was treated extremely well. I dropped in unannounced one afternoon, ran into Don walking into the dealership, and had a deal within a day, including an overnight test drive, a tradein with an active insurance claim, and me living in a different city. Highly recommended. I'll be back next time I'm looking for a vehicle. Coffee machine was really good, too. More

My most recent visit to Knight Ford was primarily to address an issue with a notation on my dash display that caused concern and needed to be addressed. I was greeted immediately and scheduled an appointment at an agreed on time. When I arrived at the dealership, I was once again greeted promptly and professionally and offered a ride home or wherever I needed to go. I received a call and a text later that day and was offered transportation to return. After leaving with my Escape, I noticed immediately that vehicle was operating in electric mode much longer than before. Even now I tell others about a great experience and a job well done. I am proud to say that I believe my lease of a 2021 Escape Hybrid was a great choice and I have no complaints as of now. I'm once again proud to tell others what I drive and where I dealt to bring me this satisfaction in obtaining a new vehicle with 100% satisfaction over all aspects of my deal and the service I have received after the sale. I have no doubt about where to go for service and where to make my next new vehicle purchase. More
