My most recent visit to Knight Ford was primarily to address an issue with a notation on my dash display that caused concern and needed to be addressed. When I arrived at the dealership, I was once again greeted promptly and professionally and offered a ride home or wherever I needed to go. I received a call and a text later that day and was offered transportation to return. After leaving with my Escape, I noticed immediately that vehicle was operating in electric mode much longer than before. Even now I tell others about a great experience and a job well done. I am proud to say that I believe my lease of a 2021 Escape Hybrid was a great choice and I have no complaints as of now. I'm once again proud to tell others what I drive and where I dealt to bring me this satisfaction in obtaining a new vehicle with 100% satisfaction over all aspects of my deal and the service I have received after the sale.
