Well, the experience at Quick Lane was not impressive this go around. I took my SUV in for an oil change and the outcome was not great. They stated on pick up I will need a new air filter the next go a this go around. I took my SUV in for an oil change and the outcome was not great. They stated on pick up I will need a new air filter the next go around. Well, I just changed air filter five days before taking it in and the only time I drove it since was to Knight Ford for this appt. I questioned the staff (girl} and could not believe that they were sluffing me off. She seemed unsure of what to do and she asked Madison the next step, Madison said to question Technician #413, and again came back and stated that the filter needed changing next time, that it was indeed dirty. I left (not happy) and had my husband return 15 minutes later... for them to remove filter and confirm that it was brand new with no dirt on it. This leaves to question, did the technician actually look at it, and if he did, how did he come to the conclusion that it was dirty? Madison showed the Technician #413 and corrected him that the filter was brand new. This now is a trust issue with Quick Lane going forward. More
