I didn't have an appointment but dropped the truck off the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and they kept it overnight so the oil change would be done by Wednesday before I needed it for a road trip. Oil change I brought my Journey in for an oil change & tire rotation. They let me know that my airfilter was dirty & asked if I would like it changed & the cost, I brought my Journey in for an oil change & tire rotation. Not happy My 1st oil change for my new vehicle was supposed to be at 9am. We showed up before 9am to drop off our vehicle. I booked at 9am to give myself more t My 1st oil change for my new vehicle was supposed to be at 9am. We showed up before 9am to drop off our vehicle. I booked at 9am to give myself more than enough time to get my vehicle back so I could take my 2 kids that are in car seats to the doctor at 10:30am. Not only did they not get my vehicle in the shop until after 10am I had to use the shuttle vehicle with my 2 kids one of wich is a baby without car seats and this is illegal! There was no communication from the service techs to the people at the front desk to let anyone know they were running late. There is wasn't communication between staff, and we should not have to pay the price in your learning curve. In the end they gave us our next oil change free after the fact we insisted in some sort of compensation. More

Jason was excellent... got me in within the week, and giving me what should maybe be done at the 25000-30000 mark. I asked for an approximate cost ... he was pretty close in the guesstimate. Dakota did the paperwork when we took the Jeep in following through with the call to let me know it was done and to arrange someone to pick me up and to review what was done, etc. before presenting me with the bill.
