I bought a new car here this month. I dealt with three people along the way: Deepak when I first got in touch, JP on the pricing, and Tom from there through to delivery. Before deciding I compared prices with other dealerships in the area, and this one came back with the best price. I think they gave me a good deal. Tom is the one I dealt with most, especially towards the end. He is very knowledgeable. He showed me a lot about the car, including small details that are good to know and that I would not have found on my own. He is calm, he answers any question, and he followed up afterwards to check whether I needed any help. I also left a few things in my old car by mistake, and he got them back for me. I can't say anything bad about them. Very good experience. More

Tom Moore at Kitchener Nissan is the only person you need to talk to if you’re looking for a Nissan. We’re from out of town, but we had a great experience buying a car from him last month. When we were in need of a second car just a few weeks later he was my first call. I appreciate his (genuine) friendly attitude and (genuine) easy approach to the whole car sales process. The Sales Manager Deepak also seems to share this same approach. There’s no high pressure tactics, no “let me pretend to talk to my manager”, no cr&p with him. He just wants to get you into a car you will enjoy with as little hassle as possible. Instead of trying to maximize his immediate commission you can tell he’s the type of salesperson who understands that a happy customer will come back, and one who will send their friends/family/neighbours to him. Thanks for making this an easy and stress free process for us twice in one summer. More
