I brought my vehicle in due to a flashing check engine light that has occurred multiple times. The team performed a diagnostic check, updated the ECU software, and completed a test drive. Everything was explained clearly, and I appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions and did not apply any unnecessary charges. I tried to purchase a car at Kings Cross dealership, put a 500 dollars on my Visa as part of the deposit, didn’t get financing and a month later still trying to get this deposit back. Most of the time they just ignore my emails and don’t return my calls. Spoke to someone at Hyundai Canada and he didn’t care either !! 7 years ago I bought a car from Kingscross, service was terrible, not sure why I went back!!! More
