Edwin was very helpful and professional, and told me he would be able to replace the whole windshield for me since that crack is a manufacturing defect and is covered under warranty. He followed up with me throughout the entire process. Highly recommended. More

I haven't dealt with anyone there who wasn't both professional as well as just plain nice to deal with. I've always driven the cheapest Hyundai Accent but they still treat me like a first class customer. My current Accent I bought there and the sales staff were easy to deal with. I think it must be an overall well run operation at all levels. More
Pleasant experience Came in for oil change by appointment. Saw Garman Fung, service rep, who quickly & efficiently ran through recent driving history of my 2011 Elantra. Came in for oil change by appointment. Saw Garman Fung, service rep, who quickly & efficiently ran through recent driving history of my 2011 Elantra. Car was soon taken to servicing area & attended to by a mechanic, while I relaxed in waiting area, read the daily newspaper, checked my e-mails on my iPad using the free WiFi provided, and had a complimentary hot chocolate. Though the crowded waiting area meant that the service department was quite busy, my car was ready in just over 30 minutes. Once I paid, Garman came out to my waiting car and, at my request, synced my cell phone to the Bluetooth system in my car so I could make calls (something I had not been able to set up on my own despite several tries following the instructions set out in the Owners Manual. I very much appreciated that Garman did this for me. More

Thrives and Liars These dishonest people replaced my ignition, when I attempted to leave in my car it would not start at all. I went back inside where they told me I ne These dishonest people replaced my ignition, when I attempted to leave in my car it would not start at all. I went back inside where they told me I needed a new battery, there was nothing wrong with my battery when I left my car there. I told them to boost me and let me go. After 5-7 people stood around my car eventually some guy joined them and finally boosted my car. I’ve had no battery issues since then however my wipers would no turn on at all. They told me that it was completely unrelated to my ignition and I would need to pay an addition $125 diagnostic as well as parts and labour I dealt with both Jeremy Cameron and Anthony the “manager” who agreed with each other. After much frustration I went to an honest Hyundai dealership that opened my steering column the wire for my wipers simply fell out They had never been reconnected after they replaced my ignition! I missed 2 days work due to rain as ridiculous as that sounds simply because Jeremy and Anthony could not or would not do their jobs and just check for me. A 5 minute replug is all the time and work it would have taken them to ensure I drove away in a safe vehicle. More
