We called the dealership somtime in nov 2020 and book and appointment looking fo a suv spoken with kemar and have scheduled. Went to the delearship the same month and was told that we will have the hyundai p appointment looking fo a suv spoken with kemar and have scheduled. Went to the delearship the same month and was told that we will have the hyundai palisade in the next 2 weeks 2 weeks have passed and no car 3 weeks 4 weeks still no car so We decide to call the advisor and guess what he told us that the car isnt coming in 2-3 months. In our surprise we went to the dealership and spoke with Sales agent asking why he lied about the delivery date and spoke to his manager Ruben asking that we will like to cancel our purchase since we dont have a car to use and we cant wait 3 more months. And he said that they will provide us with a service car after 4 days they gave us the hyundai palisade to use while waiting for the car that was supposed to be ours okay. And then waited again for 86 days to be exact because they know that if we dont get our car for 90 days we have the right to cancel the deal so they made it before the said 90days ofcourse not to lose another sale. So finally after waiting for a couple of months it finally arrive after being lied to that the car will be purs in 2 weeks time. We had our car delired last saturday feb 13,2021 after all the frustrations and dissapointments its happening we bring back the service car that they provided to us with half tank just like what is in the contract when they give it to us. And now again after a few days heres the agent messaging us that we will be fined because the gas in the car that we use is half a tank? While they gave it to us with the same level of gas can you imagine that. I highly recommend NOT to make business with this dealership specially with kemar edwards and Ruben. They are the worst sales person you would ever find . More

Purchased a 2016 Veloster from Kingscross Hyundai 5 years ago. Upgraded the warranty to 8 years and 160,000 kms. My battery died a couple weeks ago and when I called the 24 hr roadside assistance I was tol ago. Upgraded the warranty to 8 years and 160,000 kms. My battery died a couple weeks ago and when I called the 24 hr roadside assistance I was told my warranty had expired. After 4 calls and 4.5 hrs they finally gave me a boost. Called both the dealership and Hyundai Canada and received the same answer after calling to complain: "Sorry nothing can be done". On top of that they said this had happened before and they aren't sure what the problem is! This is poor customer service for a very expensive warranty. More
