I purchased a 2017 SUV from Kingscross. Hyundai. Everything went well at first and I was quite happy with the purchase. Although I was told the car would be detailed before pickup I notice multipl Everything went well at first and I was quite happy with the purchase. Although I was told the car would be detailed before pickup I notice multiple dirty sports, particularly the drink holder between the back seats was very sticky/dirty. Although this was annoying it was fine, so I cleaned it myself. The real issue came across 2 months (and 6,000 kms later), I moved provinces and had to have the car safetied again. To my surprise the car failed as 3/4 tires are very cracked, cracks you get after years not 2 months of driving. I contacted my sales rep, Ivan, to find out why they would sell me car with already worn/cracked tires that would not pass an inspection anywhere but their service department. Ivan gave me no explanation or solution for my now $650 issue. He did tell me he would call me back after discussing with his manager....still waiting. More
