I picked up my brand‑new Hyundai Elantra N‑Line two weeks ago. Shortly after driving home on the day of vehicle delivery, I noticed several defects on the car, including mechanical issues, and the check‑engi ago. I immediately contacted Ivan Wu and informed him about these problems. He advised me to bring the vehicle back to the dealership. Their team inspected the car and confirmed all the reported issues. I requested a full vehicle replacement. Two days later, my request was approved, and I received another brand‑new replacement vehicle within one week.
