I recently had my car serviced at Kings Cross Auto. My service advisor was Jasmine Wang. I had a check engine light on that I tried to have resolved someplace else, but to no avail. She went above and beyond in rectifying the problem. A special part had to be ordered and installation was complex. She made me aware every step of the way, and they shuttled me back and forth to home and dealership. No waiting in service. This was a big job. At the end of it, I was very happy with the professionalism. I have had previous experiences here, and all were excellent. I highly recommend this service department and Jasmine for her expertise! I don’t write many reviews at all, but this one truly needed to be written about. More
