I have leased or purchased several vehicles from Kia of Hamilton since 2001. In the past few years I experienced in such terrible service from the Sales side that I swore I would never deal with them again Hamilton since 2001. Yesterday I discovered that it is under new management with many new, but experienced, sales staff. I made a simple inquiry and was dealt with in a manner above and beyond my expectations. I came into the dealership looking for a new car and was greeted by very friendly staff who went out of their way to answer all my questions. I thought the entire process of buying a car was made very easy at Hamilton Kia.. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I would definately buy another car from them in the future. There was 2 things however that affected the overall experience for me though. I got winter tires and they put the summer tires in the back seat and when I got home the seats were wet. I told them I would pick them up in my truck but I guess they did not want them laying around or to get damaged. 2 thing is the car had less than half a tank of gas I thought it would be full but other than that excellent job by all staff. Although fairly new to the auto business, Justin has excellent product knowledge at his fingertips. His manner is friendly yet professional and nothing I asked him to do was too much trouble....even mea excellent product knowledge at his fingertips. After being with Kia since 2004 with our Sorento, my husband and I decided to visit Kia of Hamilton to take a look at what was out there. With the mind set of just going in and looking, Mike was able to listen to our needs and was able to help us pick out the perfect vehicle for our changing lifestyle. From the test drive to the final numbers Mike was able to answer all questions and concerns we had regarding our new purchase and we felt very comfortable dealing with him. At no time did we feel pressured and ended up buying a new 2012 Kia Rondo and got a great deal! Chris our business manager was also a very personable and honest person.
