Having bought my 2010 Soul from the Niagara region and not getting any-and I mean not ANY- service from my local dealerships, I was recommended to go to Kia of Hamilton by a friend. It's a big inconvienience for me and can't understand how Cardinal & St Catharines Kia still operate with such piss poor customer service. More

We came into the dealership to check out a specific vehicle, as we had already narrowed down our choice of a new vehicle. We met Mya and arranged to test drive a used (but close to new) Kia Rondo. I always bring my Sorento to the main dealer for servicing and always have a good experience. 9 times out of 10 the service is done while I wait and the only repair I have needed (I do 50,000km/ye servicing and always have a good experience. 9 times out of 10 the service is done while I wait and the only repair I have needed (I do 50,000km/year so wear/tear is high) was also completed within 90 minutes and covered by the warranty.
