This was the first time I purchased a car, and I really liked the service I received from Kia of Hamilton. Anthony took the time to meet with me initially and established a good rapport. At my second visit I was connected with Mya who also took a lot of time to explain what my options were. I was able to go home and research all of my options and was able to stay in contact with her by email. Mya responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and answered every question that I had. The experience I had (and continue to have) at Kia of Hamilton was exceptional and I would recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a car to drop by and visit them. Frank came over and asked if he could help with any questions we might have regarding the Rondo and that led to a test drive and the purchase of our new 2014 Ronda. Went in on a rainy Monday Evening just wanting to get a better look at the KIA Soul. Talked with Anthony Aceti. Liked what I saw and liked the deals that were being offered. We took one out for a test drive, I was very impressed and my husband seemed quite impressed so when we left it was with intentions on possibly buying it. We went back up on Thursday evening to talk again. This time we talked to Rob Bruno and then to Dawn West After hearing what we would get for a trade in and the payment options we decided to go ahead and purchase it. I received a call from Dawn on Saturday morning to let me know that they managed to get my color preference. We went in on Monday evening to pick it up. I must say so far, I am loving it as are my kids. More
