I walked into the dealership and was met by Mike,who very enthusiastic and welcomed me to the dealership.He than proceeded to find out what I was looking for and what options Kia had to fill these needs. Once we had come to an understanding on the vehicle that might fit my needs and after the test drive he went to bat for me until we had a deal that i was happy with.I then met with Dawn who was outgoing upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. She explained all the forms and options that i needs to consider in a most pleasant and professional way. When i came to pick up the car both Dawn with all the forms and the offer the call if I needed anything and Mike's explanation on all the workings of the car itself made the experience a most pleasant one.
