I came into the dealership just wanting a quote. But the non-pressure sales pitch and the general friendly attitude of Nicole allowed me to relax and feel comfortable in purchasing that night. Mike was a nice guy and took the time with us needed to allow us to make our decision. I was a little disappointed in the price point of the vehicle which cost me more than I wanted to pay especially for allow us to make our decision. Dawn was incredible, over the top friendly and very informative, easy to talk to and explained everything like she wrote the book! She is definitely a HUGE asset to KIA of Hamilton! The staff are friendly and accommodating with the customers. One thing i like is that they don't force you to get things you don't need in buying a car. My vehicle was brought in on a recall for parts that I knew needed replacing because just before I got the recall notice my vehicle had been in at my usual garage for service and was told about the proble knew needed replacing because just before I got the recall notice my vehicle had been in at my usual garage for service and was told about the problem the same day. The recall was for the lower front control arm (complete)and in the end I was told I needed the ball joint assembly also and was charged for it. I was told by my mechanic that the ball joint assembly is part of the complete lower front control arm assembly so I went on line to check and sure enough it is. I was also given a list of all sorts of other things that they said should be done with prices twice that of what I would normally pay and some jobs were totally unnecessary. If I would have just said do what you need I would have paid over $1000. for unnecessary work. I guess i got off lucky for paying $199.28 for the work that should have been part of the recall. More

This was my first experience buying a used car from a dealership and I cannot tell you how comfortable she made me feel. She was forthcoming and honest regarding purchasing a used vehicle and was paid attention and listened to my concerns. I believe she is a born salesperson. I purchased my Kia Rio and I could not be happier. She even helped me get my Bluetooth working as I am not a whiz when it comes to that stuff. I did not buy my Kia from this dealership but I always get my car serviced here and the number 1 reason is the service advisors. Billy and Martha are a real pleasure to deal with and are always friendly a get my car serviced here and the number 1 reason is the service advisors. Billy and Martha are a real pleasure to deal with and are always friendly and professional. They never push for work that I never asked for but will remind me of work that should be done at certain mileage intervals. When you go into their dealership they always greet you with a smile and what can we do for you today? Now that I have gone back for normal service and recalls they even remember my name. I have recommended this dealership to three of my neighbours and all of them bought new Kia's. And that was due to the great service I get. More
