I Didn't Think They Could Make It Happen I had a 2011 Kia Soul 2U that I really enjoyed. After getting it serviced I got a phone call that evening from Frank Caruso asking if I would consider I had a 2011 Kia Soul 2U that I really enjoyed. After getting it serviced I got a phone call that evening from Frank Caruso asking if I would consider upgrading to a 2015 Soul EX+. I told him I really like the new model but mine was driving excellently and I still had 2 years left on payments. He asked what it would take to get me to switch to the much improved newer model. I gave him my terms (how much I wanted to pay and for how long) and told him if he could not come close I didn't want to waste his time. Frank invited me to come back down and discuss it as he felt he could come close to my terms. I admit I was skeptical but decided to see him. I had nothing to lose. I was completely and pleasantly surprised when he managed to actually get close to my terms and lo and behold, we had a deal. Needless to say I am extremely happy with the 2015 Kia Soul EX+ in Titanium (the colour I wanted) I loved my 2011 Soul but the new one is even better! My thanks and appreciation to Frank Caruso and Anthony Aceti (for getting me the colour I wanted in a short period of time) for their hard work a diligence in getting a suitable deal done. Also thanks to Melissa Stitt in finance for explaining absolutely everything about the deal and vehicle options. I have had nothing but terrific experiences at this dealership from sales to service and I highly recommend them. I think you have a loyal customer on your hands! Unfortunate surprise We purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Nicole in early October and were very pleased with her. When we went to pick up the vehicle, however, it did not We purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Nicole in early October and were very pleased with her. When we went to pick up the vehicle, however, it did not appear to have been detailed as we had expected. The problem was rectified by the service department, and a few hours later we were heading home to Brampton. When I arrived in Brampton, I went to a gas station to fill up and was unable to open the gas cover. I went to a nearby dealer, which was closing early as it was the weekend, and stopped a mechanic on his way home who said that we'd have to go to a dealer to have it looked at. When the gas cover was pried open, we found that the clasp had been broken and then just put in place when the cover was closed. We assume this was done when they put gasoline in the vehicle, and the service department didn't tell anyone, or at least did not tell Nicole. Since we live in Brampton, we took it to a local dealer to have fixed. We are sure that Nicole did not know about this, but were disappointed in finding a problem like this on the day we got the vehicle! More

Very Friendly Staff We weren't so sure that we will buy a KIA, we had our minds set on a GMC terrain vs acadia , when we visited KIA of hamilton , we met steve (siva), he We weren't so sure that we will buy a KIA, we had our minds set on a GMC terrain vs acadia , when we visited KIA of hamilton , we met steve (siva), he insisted on us trying the sorento and the sportage , he even let us test drive them , very patiently !, he also explained in details the features of both cars and their models , we also tried the soul to convince us he also managed to get us 800 dollars off the sorento we had liked after the test drive, we replied then the next day with our decision that we wanted the sorento , he invited us back to his office , showed us all the options on payments, showed us all the features of the car and the history of the vehicle including car proof with a very honest approach, showed us the bumps and skufs it had, and a small dent in the interior trim that was not noticeable , but he showed us ! at the end it made us very comfortable to buy the car , he then set us up with sandy business manager who was very clear and organized , helped a lot with financing options. next day we drove with the car a very comfortable experience , very professional staff More
