Disgusting service. Dropped car off when entire panel/electrical system went black. Scary. They kept it a day and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. I insisted they look harder and how can they give a car that loses all power? How dangerous. The dealer doesn’t answer the phone when you call. No manager to talk to. Called Kia Canada and that line wasn’t answered. One call got through but line went dead. The only way I could get an answer was to Uber to the dealership. No loaner offered, over a week with no car. Kia should be ashamed. I will be getting rid of this car and take to social media. Kia’s making record profits and treat seniors like trash. More

I got my car serviced here for the first time on Feb 11. My son drove the car the next morning to work and it was smoking near the latch. Not sure if there was an oil spill. I had one of the most challenging, unpleasant experiences with the servicing of my KIA SOUL EV at this Hamilton location. The dealership demonstrated that they are incapable of properly servicing EV cars and with the servicing of my KIA SOUL EV at this Hamilton location.
