Not only was he attentive, but he also came in on his day off when I was picking up my car to make sure that I was still satisfied with my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend him to all of my friends as a knowledgeable and professional sales consultant. He knows his job and cars very well! Great job!! More

I told Mya what I kinda/sorta wanted and she lined up a few vehicles for me to try. I fell in love with the first car taken out for a test drive (a 1yr old Soul) and then Mya let me use her computer to help me decide if the price was in line with other comparable cars on the market. I bought right then...Mya and Richard took care of everything from there. Magically all of the paperwork was sorted out, and Richard even worked out a bit of a better financing rate for me (like I said...magic). And yes, I absolutely would recommend this dealership. More
Lousy Customer Service From the time we picked up our 2013 Kia Rio in September 2013 our customer service has been poor at best. We asked how to use the voice activated rad From the time we picked up our 2013 Kia Rio in September 2013 our customer service has been poor at best. We asked how to use the voice activated radio. I was told by the sales manager to read the manual. And we had to come back for the full tank of gas that was promised with the purchase of the car. In January we had to get 2 sensors replaced. In July we brought the car in for an oil change and a ticking sound in the engine. They forgot to change the oil. Martha said it was not requested. I said I have the email to prove it. She said maybe my wife declined the oil change. That was the main purpose of the visit. She never said Kia made the mistake. She blamed us. First we were told that they would have to replace the engine. After a tear down it was decided that they only had to replace the timing chain. Bring the car in for 4 hours and we will be done. After 5 1/2 hours we were told it would be at least 2 to 3 hours more. We asked why after we were told it would be done in 4 hours. Martha said it was more complicated then working on a toaster. We were given a rental car for the afternoon. The next day Kia called and left a message. The car needed a new engine after all. 11 months and 31,000 km's and we need a new engine. 2 days later we were called and told to keep the rental car. Our next call came on September 11th to pick up our car. Not bad...only 24 days in service. And not 1 call to tell us what was happening with our car. When we came to pick up the car we were offered a discount on our next oil change. That was it. Nothing else was said. No apolgies or anything. We left a message for the owner to contact us. Instead Anthony Aceti called us and said the owner was out of the country and could not be reached. After 30 minutes on the phone with us complaining about all the lousy customer service we received Anthony said and I quote "I will get you into a new 2014 Kia Rio at NO cost to you". We never asked for a new car. Anthony offered us the new car for all the unsatisfactory service we had rerceived. 3 days later when we finally got in contact with him, his story changed. He said he never said he would give us a new car at no cost to us. Well Anthony Aceti is a liar. We talked to John Selsek about all our problems with the car. He said he would contact the owner and get back to us. He never returned our email messages. We then talked to Debbie Sguigna and she said she could not do anything for us. So we represent the 2% of Kia customers who have had a bad experience with Kia Hamilton and Kia Canada. Our biggest regret was the day we stepped into Kia Hamilton to buy a new car. More

We were sold on the last remaining 2014 Kia Soul practically the moment we saw it and took it for a test drive. Such a cool vehicle for the price at 0% financing for 60 months. He made us feel very comfortable and not afraid to ask any silly questions. Steve did not make us feel pressured when deciding whether or not we wanted to purchase the vehicle. He allowed us to take our time to really think about our first large purchase. He worked hard to get us a great price and really made sure we were happy with our purchase. We love our 2012 Kia Optima LX+ and are extremely satisfied with the customer service at the dealership! We would not only like to thank Steve Khidir in sales but also Melissa Stitt in finance for making our first dealership experience so comfortable! More

Sold A Lemon!!! I had purchased a 2013 Ford Edge SEL 2.0 about a week ago & have had nothing but problems. Have already had the vehicle in for service once, and will I had purchased a 2013 Ford Edge SEL 2.0 about a week ago & have had nothing but problems. Have already had the vehicle in for service once, and will be going back in again this week for more repairs. I'm so overly frustrated with the lack of communication I'm getting from the dealership and no sympathy what so ever. How can a vehicle leave a lot with these issues? what is the point of having a service department when they are not taking the proper examinations of the vehicle prior to leaving the lot!!! I have zero confidence in the dealership and in my car. I have been sold a lemon. All was well with the first appointment made when I did the test drive, After that down hill. Was told Id have my car by a certain date, never happened. Fine there was problems with the bank on their behalf but I was 99% of the time I was contacting the dealership to find out what was going on. Was completely out of the loop and felt like a burden. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership ever!! More
