Big Fan I have purchased 3 cars at Kia of Brampton in 6 years and only have good things to say about them. I just asked for their advice a few days ago after a disappointing experience at another dealership. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me because they care about their customers. Excellent Customer Service I have been a customer of Kia Brampton for 9 years and I have had the same mechanics working on my car (Jason and Elvis) during the whole time AND the I have been a customer of Kia Brampton for 9 years and I have had the same mechanics working on my car (Jason and Elvis) during the whole time AND they are still there. My service rep, now service manager (Paul Kwong), has also been there as long as I have been a customer;.and he now has a great team of customer service reps that assit him. I usually deal with Paul directly and/or Amanda (who is right there at the front end, welcoming clients with a smile)....she as well is very thorough, and checks out the car for it's vitals when it first comes in for service, just like a doctor's office or hospital would before you go in to see the doctor. I have tried other KIA dealerships that are closer to my work and they don't compare at all to the service that my Kia Brampton gives me. Kia Brampton has made it convenient for me to now get serviced by them whenever and for whatever, by going out of their way to shuttle me off to work and pick me up -- I'm sure this is well out of their jurisdiction, however, this is what they are like with their customers; they are very accommodating. Because of their service alone, it makes me want to buy another KIA from Kia Brampton....I do have my eye on another luxury model that is in their showroom, and when I went to check it out, Adam Markiewicz and sales manager there, went out of his way to accommodate me in assessing this vehicle (he personally charged up the battery so I could check out all the bells and whistles). Paul and his team know their stuff and it gives me great comfort in taking my car into their dealership -- which is a fear for most -- knowing that I am well taken care of. Being a previous customer I was given the demo car to myself without a saleman sat in the back. which allowed a better experience in appriasing the potential purchase. The negotiations for the price was an enjoyable experience as the atmosphere was light-hearted and not pressurised. I have been to other dealers and do feel pressurised as the sales team tend to follow you around closely, not allowing you to speak freely to your partner about the car. Services have been done on time and on quoted amount. I have never been asked to pay for extra work not asked for but done by the serivce team.
