When we arrived Neil Ramchander was there to greet us with a huge smile. His professionalizm, dedication, politeness and extreme knowledge of each vehicle made for an easy decision. Neil answered every question and doubt we had and helped us come to a decision. We never felt rushed as he took all the time he needed to explain every detail of each vehicle to us. When picking up the new vehicle Neil again spent time with me going over every detail in the car so that when I drove off the lot I felt very comfortable handling it. He made this experience very easy and wonderful. it was a true pleasure dealing with Neil and if down the road we decide to purchase another vehicle we will be sure to deal with him again.
