New car different deal different contract nope not at this kia dealship flipping unreal professionalism doesn't existed here he just wants a sale then they try to sell me a car with 9000kms and pass it of as new I complain again oooo we can sell a car upto 10000 as new sry xxx that's not a new car and your charging me new car price I just can began to explain my out right anger .... I purchased a Kia Sorento 2013. This is the second Kia purchased from West Edmonton Kia. I was pleased with the sale and service of my 2008 Rondo and dealing with Jayne Top on the purchase of the Sorento purchased from West Edmonton Kia. I was pleased with the sale and service of my 2008 Rondo and dealing with Jayne Top on the purchase of the Sorento was a pleasure. After having had several problems with another local KIA dealership, we contacted this dealership, KIA West Edmonton. A close friend of ours had previously purchased here. We are from outside the city, and received excellent service from our salesperson, and all involved in this sale. We were totally impressed, in all aspects when dealing with them. To sum up our experience at Kia West Edmonton I will say, we left in a 100% better mood than we came in with. They didn't push us to make any final decision that day (although I did, it was an easy choice) plus they helped (in the finance office) with deciding what would be best for me as a customer. You should know that we were in your building a month ago and were treated well by some of your staff who provided us with SOUL and Optima brochures. It is no surprise that we came back when ready to purchase and it was fun to do so right in the middle of your Halloween sale. We left (after talking to Alex and yourself) with a few pumpkins, some more info and a smile at how fun you had made your promotion that day! Thank you personally Kris for making the auto purchase process informative and simple. We were shown all purchase options from a cash deal to financing and leasing and it was easy for us to see which one best met our financial needs. Heidi chose a cash purchase of her SOUL and is utterly delighted with the vehicle! As you know, a financing option worked better for me and like her; I am thrilled with the feel and performance of my new Optima! We liked the way Alex knowledgeably and efficiently handled everything to do with the sale of the vehicles and also the way that Jody streamlined the finance aspect of the purchase. my experience buying a per-owed 2007 kia spectra5 from westend kia was very enjoyable. I was greeted on the lot with a smile and handshake after a brief conversation with a few questions about what I wanted and what I would be using the car for Tarah Fardy had a hand full of cars for me to look at and testdrive. after looking through the great selection of new and pre-owend vehicles. I choose a 2007 kia spectra 5 The car itself was in almost brand new condition with extremely low km for a 5 year old car. I was happy to hear there was still an existing warranty from the first owner for 6 months after I bought the car which was reassuring. After Purchasing the veichle I called and asked about getting a hitch mount for a bike rack and they were able to order one for me aswell as new winter tires and rims, which gave me an opportunity to meet the men and women in the service dept. and they were as friendly and helpfull as everyone else i met at kia westend I myself will return to buy my next vehicle there and I recommend everyone to go there and see how one should be treated when making the decision to purchase a new or pre-owend veichle. thank you everyone at Kia West Edmonton More
After car shopping for a month or two, I had narrowed down my purchase to a Kia, but not the dealership. I wanted a positive and comfortable experience and after a TERRIBLE and high pressure interaction down my purchase to a Kia, but not the dealership. I went out on a Saturday- just planning to 'browse' for a new vehicle-I had no intentions of buying a new one. After 5 dealerships and 7 test drives, I ended up at Kia. I was interested in the Sportage- and new vehicle-I had no intentions of buying a new one. After 5 dealerships and 7 test drives, I ended up at Kia. I was interested in the Sportage- and immediately sat in the demo one. The salesperson- Levi Larsen- greeted me with a friendly smile, and told me everything I wanted to know about the vehicle. He mentioned there was a Sportage with a turbo, and it would arrive at the dealership within the next couple of days (he would call me ASAP when it came in). I left the dealership, and about an hour later her called- it had unexpectedly come in that day! He offered to meet me at the dealership the next day (his day off) but I went back that night. Even though the dealership had already closed, we went for a test drive...I still didnt think I would buy it that night (Shouldn't you at least sleep on it??) but Levi asked me what he could do to get the deal done- I gave him a shopping list which I didnt think he could agree to- he went to his boss, and came back with a better price PLUS my lists of demands met. I had a fantastic experience as I felt he really fought for my business- not in a 'pressure the customer' way...but a 'pressure the boss to get a better deal for the customer way'. I already have recommended a friend to this dealership to deal with Levi (he bought the same sportage as me!) and will continue to do so. Always a pleasure to deal with Kia for service as well! More
