I had occasion to visit the service department at KIA West Edmonton today and I was treated extremely well. Everyting was completed in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner. From the moment I walked in the dealership people were friendly helpful and looking out for my best interest. The only complaint I would have have was my first time trying to sign the papers. my experience buying a per-owed 2007 kia spectra5 from westend kia was very enjoyable. I choose a 2007 kia spectra 5 The car itself was in almost brand new condition with extremely low km for a 5 year old car. I was happy to hear there was still an existing warranty from the first owner for 6 months after I bought the car which was reassuring. After Purchasing the veichle I called and asked about getting a hitch mount for a bike rack and they were able to order one for me aswell as new winter tires and rims, which gave me an opportunity to meet the men and women in the service dept. and they were as friendly and helpfull as everyone else i met at kia westend I myself will return to buy my next vehicle there and I recommend everyone to go there and see how one should be treated when making the decision to purchase a new or pre-owend veichle. thank you everyone at Kia West Edmonton More
