AWESOME SERVICE I went in to trade in my other vehicle for a newer one. My salesman, Jay, was just awesome, they treated me exceptionally. Comfort, class, and consistency I purchased my second kia, a new optima a few months ago and it was a phenomenal experience right from when i was greeted at the door to when I drove I purchased my second kia, a new optima a few months ago and it was a phenomenal experience right from when i was greeted at the door to when I drove away. A lovely lady named Tarah was my sales rep and she was friend, courteous and honest. Even when I was talking numbers with the manager Kris I felt no pressure and at no point felt I was being duped or ripped off. Since then I have been back to service to have my oil changes done and even that part of the organization is first class and they dont try to tell you dumb stuff that may or may not be wrong with your car just to make a quick buck. All in all 11 out of 10 experience and I'll be back for sure to buy my next car from KIA West Edmonton More

poor service in used car sales by Peter R (~ 60 years old) Walking into used car showroom one can smell cigarette smoke (not considerate for other people or people with respiratory problems). Secondly, when asking help, I was asked if I bought a vehicle at their dealership, I replied no, then Peter R replies he's busy. This gives me the impression that a person is required to buy from them or get treated as a second class citizen. Lastly, when I took one of his business card, he demanded I give it back without asking me why I'm upset and tried to scarce me in telling his manager about this, I said ok, lets talk to the manager. The manager Paul Ricci is much better in dealing with my concern and also thanked me for my input and will try to make it better next time. Also the staff in the parts department are friendly and helpful. Maybe, Peter had a bad day but I hope they won't be a problem next time I meet him. Kia Owner. note; I didn't get the help wanted in the used car department, Kia employee from another department tried to help (thanks for trying to help young fellow (didn't know his name)) More

Poor Tactics Not the greatest sales tactics for a dealership. Every time they starting throwing numbers at us the "sales manager" would claim he was adding an add Not the greatest sales tactics for a dealership. Every time they starting throwing numbers at us the "sales manager" would claim he was adding an addition $1750 off the vehicle as part of the deal, even though they have no choice, that's the current sale Kia is having. That's not them knocking money off the vehicle as part of the negotiations, that's automatically knocked off. But for some reason they thought that was competitively pricing it. Not in the slightest.
