Salesman Nemo was excellent However it did feel that Nemo and Tarah were not on the same page we would receive a call from Tarah telling us the car would be in on a certain date However it did feel that Nemo and Tarah were not on the same page we would receive a call from Tarah telling us the car would be in on a certain date then Nemo would call telling us it would be in sooner and then when we didn't hear from Nemo and we called the car wasn't in. we waited longer then we were told it would take. Clear the lot, a summer sale, July 2015. Thanks to Mr. Nimesh Ashar at Kia West Edmonton, I managed to buy a new car, a 2015 Kia Rio LX 4-door sedan. It was specifically included in the deal Thanks to Mr. Nimesh Ashar at Kia West Edmonton, I managed to buy a new car, a 2015 Kia Rio LX 4-door sedan. It was specifically included in the dealership's advertisement to "clear the lot" during the summer clearout sale. Indeed the lot was devoid of this particular vehicle, and Mr. Ashar searched and found one that even matched my chosen colour. He requested that the vehicle be shipped to Edmonton as soon as possible. Nevertheless, for three weeks, Mr. Ashar had to display remarkable patience and perseverance in the face of unforeseen difficulties which delayed the pickup date. In addition, he was discretely calm whenever I challenged the pricing details, no doubt a common occurrence in the sales business. Then I was particularly impressed by Mr. Ashar's acceptance of my request for the basic, no frills, Kia Rio at the LX trim-level, even though we were surrounded by the very latest in luxury models. For most people purchasing a car is an exciting time, for me it was necessity only that drove me to purchase my first vehicle. It was the 2015 clear out event that saw me walk through the doors of the West Edmonton Kia. I had great service from Andrew Yung. He had greeted me weeks prior when I was hesitantly driving around the lot. He was welcoming, friendly and polite. He was assertive but not aggressive which I appreciated. I had visited 5 other dealers and had not felt as comfortable with their staff as I was made to feel at Kia West Edmonton. I came back to your dealer because of Andrew. Going through the purchase process I met Kris Ricci. As previously mentioned I was rather stressed about making such a large purchase and Kris did everything in his power to assuage my concerns. He worked with me beyond the dealer hours to try and find solutions for me to ensure that I could acquire the vehicle I desired. I could tell that he actually cared about my well-being and wanted to help me as best he could. I was eternally grateful. After Kris, Tarah Lee Fardy was there to go over the financial processes. She was professional and extremely efficient, but on top of that she was exceedingly friendly and personable despite the fact that she was working after hours to help me. I am in the customer service industry and I know how hard that smile can be to maintain after a long day of work. Upon collecting the vehicle I wanted to add 3M protection and Scott Cloman took exceptional care of me. He greeted me with a huge smile and a warm handshake and took immediate action to ensure that the process would be swift and painless. To the team at Kia West Edmonton I give my most heart-felt thanks. The staff are excellent and it is evident that customer-service reigns. I highly recommend this dealer, especially for first-time buyers, Kia West Edmonton makes it easy. More

Th The Good: Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and we had just the right amount of time to look around before being approached by a salesperson. The store had a good atmosphere. Andy was very helpful and friendly. He showed us all of the features that we mentioned were important to us and during the test drive didn't overwhelm us with information while trying to navigate rush hour traffic. We had a little trouble with the availability of our references and it seemed like we would have to wait a few days until delivery. Andy had faith and had the car already prepped for us despite knowing we might have to wait until Monday. Ryan and Tarah both both very good to work with as well regarding the negotiation and financing. Trevor rescued us while at the Registry, faxing a corrected copy of our Bill of Sale very quickly, saving us from standing in line again. The Bad: I didn't like that there wasn't an information sheet on the show vehicles showing MSRP and specs/options. At the very least it gives me a rough idea of pricing, allowing me to eliminate certain models that were out of my budget. Luckily, I had done some research before, so I already had two models in mind that I wanted to compare. Knowing now that a spare tire kit exists for the Kia Soul, I would have liked to work that into the initial purchase. Had this been presented when I expressed my discomfort in late night road trips without a spare, I would have immediately opted in. More

I wanted a 30 minute timer but he could only have 15 minutes on it. JP was ver concerned that he couldn't give me what I wanted. It was not a deal breaker! But he was upset he couldn't give me what I wanted. There was no pressure on us! Just on JP! Thanks again. More

The staff member we were in contact with went so much further than any other car dealers that day, and made the whole car purchase into a very plesant affair. Would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a good time while spending money! More
Acid Green Kia Soul 2015 I just bought my THIRD kia soul. When my second lease came due, I wanted the green soul, but it was only sold in the US. By luck, we went to check our car for a road trip to Drumheller, and wandered into the showroom. What did my husband spy? The ALIEN GREEN Kia Soul!!! The car of my dreams with 20 inch rims (very flashy) and fully loaded. The colour is called Alien in the brochure and Acid Green on my touch up pen - provided free, thank you Jay! Our salesman, Jay was excellent, professional and we couldn't be happier. Also, we learned about features that we didn't know were on the car (we had the 2014 and it's exactly the same). Everyone at the dealership is friendly, helpful and very enthusiastic about their dealership - they clearly love the cars they sell. We went for a quick check and walked out with a new kia soul - and it was so worth it to have the car I really wanted. I just smile ear to ear as I drive! We will definitely return to Kia West Ed - they rock! More
