I was given an amazing price on my car that I couldn't pass up, especially when it was $50 cheaper (a month) than what I had been given with a different Kia dealership. I'm glad I was able to find this car, because had I gone with the other car, I would have been settling for a car that I only sort of wanted. The only sad bit was that I got better service at this new dealership than at my original choice (we had purchased four new Kia vehicles from them throughout my immediate family previously) We drove all the way from Calgary to Edmonton to get this car, and it drives beautifully! One thing I have learned early in my life is nothing comes easy. I definitely didn't make it easy for Tarah Fardy or Ryan Kelly. It had been long days of running around finding important documents (which most people have usually on hand, however not me). We had come along way after a short amount of time. The team at Kia West Edmonton did their best to get me in my new vehicle as quickly as they could. Even though there were hiccups on my side of things that may have slowed the process down, Tarah and Ryan were patient and uplifting. I had probably talked on the phone everyday with Tarah until I was in my new car. I will miss our phone calls. Once the day came for me to hop into my new ride it was a little bitter sweet. It was unexpected but a relationship was created between this team and I. As the final steps were coming to an end, Tarah and I enjoyed office yoga, while Ryan may have attempted downwards dog. The smiles just keep coming at you when you purchase a vehicle from Kia West Edmonton. Now that my experience is over I can honestly say I enjoyed it and I might be a little sad it's over! More
