She is truly the most caring and sincere person I have ever met in the car buying world. Until I met Tarah back in 2010 when I bought my first Kia, I hated the whole car buying experience and found it a very stressful and painful exercise but Tarah showed me that it can be a different experience and it was and it continues to be with my second purchase. She actually makes it a "fun" experience if you can say that with her upbeat and positive personality. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Tarah, she is an amazing employee! One last point, the ladies in the service are excellent, as well, and easy to deal which is appreciated. I hope Kia West Edmonton never gets swallowed up by Go Auto. More

We did our in depth homework about deals, pricing and inventory and were pleasantly surprised that Ryan matched the details we brought along with us. Having worked at a dealership - I have seen many in sales refrain from mentioning deals or 'promotions' in hopes that the customer remains clueless. This was not the case here! Ryan weighed payment scenarios with us and took the time to input all of the manufacturers discounts. We test drove our top choices on Tuesday and picked up our new vehicle on the Friday! His professionalism was present the entire time and he undoubtedly respected that it this car was a big commitment for us. We certainly recommend for younger car seekers to book with him as he never took advantage of how intimidating the experience can be. Easy Breezy Lemon Squeezy When we started our search for a used car we were prepared for a hard fight, as we had never purchased a car before and did not know what to expect. KIA West Edmonton was the first dealership that we visited, and our interaction with Aleksie was wonderful! We sat down and discussed a KIA Forte, and while we did not purchase it at that time, we left feeling happy and eager to return. And return we did. After visiting several other dealerships, none of which left us with the same positive feelings as KIA West Edmonton, we returned to see the Forte again. This time we worked with Josh, which was the cherry on top of our wonderful experience! Every interaction that we had with Josh felt genuine, natural, honest, and comfortable. He was knowledgeable and eager to help us understand both the car we were looking at as well as the purchasing process. In the end, we walked away with a better deal than we could have imagined and a completely different view on buying used cars. The entire process was easy and actually very fun! Many laughs were had, and at no point did we feel pressured to do or buy anything. All of our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to go to KIA West Edmonton. We have owned the Spectra, Magentas, Sadona, Forte, Rio, Sportage, 2011 Soul and now I drive a 2015 Soul and my wife now drives a 2015 Rondo. We have never had any issues with any of theses cars.
