As a senior citizen, I am constantly on guard, wary of being taken advantage of. I’ve had terrible experiences at other dealerships in Edmonton because of my age. And now my wife and I are enjoying our Kia Soul which is the perfect height to get in and out of with our bad hips. More
I came in to see a specific vehicle I saw online and the salesman for the used vehicles only wanted to convince me why not to buy used vehicles. I was passionate about why I liked the vehicle I came in to see and he just tried to convince me the whole time why it was not good to buy an older vehicle (2014), and he only wanted to see me in something new. He told me that he specifically wouldn't offer me to test drive the vehicle I came in to see as he "sees me in something newer" and thinks I'm "just not ready yet". I rarely write reviews, but I had bought a brand new seltos from this dealership a year and a half ago and had a good experience before. I would even recommend it to my family and friends many times, but now I no longer would recommend. More
Took my 2014 sorento to the service department for a diagnosis. It has over heated for an all 2 seconds it shot up and went straight back down. Cabin was blowing cold air and pressure in the rad but not diagnosis. It has over heated for an all 2 seconds it shot up and went straight back down. Cabin was blowing cold air and pressure in the rad but not enough to pop the cap and absolutely no leaks. Kia is literally 1.9 km from my house so I drove it there with no issues aside from cabin cold. I was given my car back with a blown head gasket due to severe overheating. No proper break down of the steps they took or pictures of the diagnosis done. They cooked my car and will not accept responsibility. More

HORRIBLE Experience Put down a deposit on what I thought (and was told) is a NEW vehicle. I was told there were a few thousand on it as it was a demo. Upon signing the paperwork the mileage on my copy shows (and was told) is a NEW vehicle. I was told there were a few thousand on it as it was a demo. Upon signing the paperwork the mileage on my copy shows 760km..... ok not too bad. Then on their copy it was penciled in a 12 front..... making it 12,760km on a "NEW" vehicle. After asking for my deposit back, I was essentially held hostage there for nearly 2 HOURS while they reviewed 'security footage' to verify or clarify if an actual discussion was done about telling me the proper mileage of the vehicle. I was made out to feel like a xxxx criminal and took forever for the manager to just ok the refund. All this could have been a simple misunderstanding and the refund given right away but no, they held me there until they were sufficiently satisfied. Not to mention the EXUBERANTLY over priced add ons like 3M. All this after arriving and being told that it'll be 5-10 minutes. Yeah right. More
