Sean was an excellent, friendly, patient, low pressure Sales Person. He was very knowledgeable, and more importantly, he was happy to look for answers he did not have. Sean was also eager to accommodate my schedule, offering to come in on days off, and letting me test drive with a different Sales Rep. (Patrick - who was also very helpful), rather than having me wait for him. Sean willingly offered information, and advice that made me feel much more like an acquaintance than a customer. Although the Sales Person I dealt with for each purchase has changed, Kris Ricci has been a familiar, likable constant, and this leads to a lot less anxiety when it comes to the final deal. Our experience with the Service and Parts Department over the years has also been excellent. Recalls, service appointments and warranty issues are all handled in a friendly and efficient manner. Always a surprising pleasure to deal with. In spite of having checked with every other Kia dealer in the area, we have continued to return to Kia West Edmonton to purchase and service our Kias. Please keep up the good work! More

Once our deposit was down everything changed. They tried multiple times to alter prices of various items on our bill. I had negotiated for half price winter tires and free all weather floor mats, which they tried to sneak on my bill at full price. They over charged me 200 dollars for 3m i had agreed to. In truth I should have walked away from the sale right then and I didn't. When I signed my revised bill of sale, the finance manager Kathleen had changed my bill of sale and added almost a thousand dollars without my knowledge. I didn't think to look at it the second time around and got hosed. I feel completely cheated. Im certain it was intentional because ive seen multiple reviews claiming the same thing. Would never recommend buying at this dealership. More

She has made sure everything is done properly and does it with a smile. It is rare these days to find someone who works so hard to make her customers feel welcome. She has earned me as a repeat customer to this dealership as she has made me feel like she WANTS to help. No one wants to take a car in to have it serviced, but Juliana makes it way less painful than it coul be!! I hope others take the time to acknowledge her hard work and dedication. WARNING BEFORE YOU SIGNING BIIL OF SELL Recently I've bought 2018 kia sorento .My bi/weekly payment was alter with out of my knowledge by added $ 3.52 which over 7 year accumulates to $59 Recently I've bought 2018 kia sorento .My bi/weekly payment was alter with out of my knowledge by added $ 3.52 which over 7 year accumulates to $591.31 plus interest .I did trust (big mistake) Kathleen in finance and i sign final papers .First check green worksheet agreement with yours final ,I didn’t and they screw me over. When i called to fix that error they gave me fake excises . And don;t get suck in for any packages that they try to sell you ,specially winter package. When I asked dealer to brake down what winter package includes .NOW PAY ATTENTION. Tank of fuel,topping up of fluids ,paint stick, pre-delivery inspection, power polish,MEMBERS REWARD CARD (HA,HA ,HA), 5 y unlimited km/24h roadside assistance(that (that's includes in warranties) What you get is block heater , mud flaps battery blanket ,floor mats, wheel locks . I can't believe that i get xxxxxxx for that . that cost me $ 1794. How stupid was that . Don;t trust anyone check every detail before you sign anything More
WARNING REGARDING EXTENDED WARRENTY No matter what always make sure you read and re read your extended warranty package or better yet just do not bother buying one!!! they are a rip off! No matter what always make sure you read and re read your extended warranty package or better yet just do not bother buying one!!! they are a rip off!! we were to have extended warranty after the 5 years factory warranty was up but they gave us the wrong warranty which was warranty on warranty we already had!!! which started at 60,000kms and was up in march 2017 when my factory warranty was not up until July 2017!!! go figure who would spend money on something you already had makes no sense to me the people were so nice and friendly and talkative that when we were reading through we must not even noticed what we were signing big mistake maybe even take forms home before you sign then and be sure to read the fine print cause we just gave them over 2000.00 for nothing!! if I would have known my warranty was coming to a end better yet was coming to a end before my factory warranty was up then I would have got my vehicle all checked out before hand but I was lead to believe that I had bought EXTENDED WARRENTY not warranty on warranty how stupid!!!!!!!! other then that the dealership was amazing as I said a little to nice and I never read the stuff because I just put myself in there hands and trusted everything they were saying to me as I should be able to but do not be naive!! Response was "we are working,on a quote and would like to call you", and asked for my telephone number. Advised I would prefer emailed quote as per my original request. Never did receive a written price quote. Had this experience before with this dealership. Seems they to want to only quote verbally by phone, not in writing. Have booked with another Kia Dealer who quoted in writing for the same service. More
Best Dealership to date I bought an Acura MDX after purchasing my Kia Sorrento from GoAuto in Leduc, I only had the car for 9 months as it was issue after issue so I came to I bought an Acura MDX after purchasing my Kia Sorrento from GoAuto in Leduc, I only had the car for 9 months as it was issue after issue so I came to this dealership after my co-worker Morgan recommended it to me! Coming in, the experience was much different than the GoAuto dealership as this one is family owned and they seem to actually care about their customers. Aleksie gave me double (or more) what my Kia was worth as it was banged up and not even I would buy it. Matt showed me all the specs of the car when I bought it and any questions I had, Aleksie was happy to answer not only on the phone but took the time to also show me IN PERSON! I'm soon coming in with my boyfriend as he is looking to upgrade his car and this is the only place I would go after my experience, Really good people here folks! :) More
