Gret service from sales, service and parts. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Kia West Edmonton. We started by taking our Spotage in for servicing and ended up purchasing o This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Kia West Edmonton. We started by taking our Spotage in for servicing and ended up purchasing our new Sorento. We hadn't planned on buying a new vehicle, but Landyn convinced us to have an appraisal. We dealt with several staff members during our negotiation, all were extremly helpful and pieasant to deal with. We have always had our Sportage serviced at the dealership and the staff has been very pleasant while booking an appointment to actual service. We have also dealt with the parts department. They provided great help and service. More
BUNCH OF LIARS !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM We seen the car online where they're going to the dealership and they switch the car on us and ended up showing us a car that's more expensive and we We seen the car online where they're going to the dealership and they switch the car on us and ended up showing us a car that's more expensive and we didn't realize to halfway through the test drive. Anyways we stick with the car and ended up liking it and wanted to buy it but it was a fight between the sales man and the general manager for financing back and forth with them one minute they would say one thing and they would act another way then they'll promise one thing and then act another way next thing you know when it came to signing the paper for the car Ikea security bill for $698 application fee that was promised to be only $200 suddenly became $500 and that have AMVIC for $200 that was all added on I review the paper my father review the paper all these extra charges will apply to after. I mean and really once you sign the paper there's no turning back. im meam we were really disappointed with the car sale. we noticed so many things wrong with the car after luke a big crack under the rear window and the main piece for the lights above your head was ripping of the roof carpet. its only 2 years old and low km. We were really disappointed with the sale we are really excited you're acting so nice at the beginning but all the true colors show that the end I would not recommend anybody to buy a car then without seeing all the paperwork properly cuz they'll randomly charge you all this extra money and we wouldn't even notice anything. Horrible service Found the 2015 Yukon Denali we wanted on Kijiji, it was at the Kia west Edmonton dealership. Met with salesperson Adel, agreed on vehicle price and tr Found the 2015 Yukon Denali we wanted on Kijiji, it was at the Kia west Edmonton dealership. Met with salesperson Adel, agreed on vehicle price and trade in value, was told Vehicle would go through a 150 point inspection before I would have it in my possession. Then met with finance girl Kathleen gave us written out on paper,payments of $354 biweekly. First payment comes out $10 more! The $10 isn't the problem it's the dishonestly that doesn't sit well. Come back to finalize deal With her and she is 40 minutes late getting is Into her office, due to another manager dealing with a "crazy client" is what we were told. Timeliness is important as I have my toddler and baby with me. Pick up the vehicle a few days later, after promised repairs are preformed. As soon as the vehicle was driven off the lot two warning sensors came on. The air shocks sensor and the side detection sensor. I immediately called Adel back and he told me to bring the vehicle back. I bring it back and they keep it for a few more days they say everything is mechanically sound. Again as soon as I drive off the lot the sensors immediately come back on. Now I'm highly annoyed I have two small children and each time I have to take the car seats in and out of my vehicle to put in a loaner vehicle. I also question if it was even looked at in the first place. Finally after the third attempt to look at and fix my vehicle they decide to take it to GMC. So in one month of owning the vehicle and making payments on it I've actually had physical ownership of the vehicle for five days. I understand that things can be overlooked but this was an absolute joke. Out of all of the vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime this has to be the most difficult situation at a dealership that I've ever had. After all the problems I've dealt with at this dealership I have attempted to contact Paul Ricci the customer relations manager and left a message but my phone call was never returned. I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority to this dealership. More

Nightmare from the moment we walked in the door Where do I start ok we live 3 hours away so decided to get the ball rolling over the phone, talked to sales lady gave her estimated guess on my buyout Where do I start ok we live 3 hours away so decided to get the ball rolling over the phone, talked to sales lady gave her estimated guess on my buyout picked a car and in less then 24 hours we were approved, we thought wow how great and fast the service was, so I was told to get insurance for the vehicle before we got there because my insurance is closed on weekends, played email tag with my insurance lady and got it all done had my insurance canceled at noon on Saturday of my vehicle I was trading in and new vehicle starting at noon so me my wife(it was her birthday so was happy to be getting a new car on her birthday) drive the 3 hour drive to the city get to the dealership talk to the sales lady she tells me once everything is done I get me 500 dollar deposit back and we had to wait for the finance guy well we wait over a hour when we had a appointment for 11 but here comes the nightmare we get in his office and he tells us he didn’t do his job the estimated buyout I gave him was wrong and if we want the vehicle we need to pay 1300 dollars I ask him why he wouldn’t get the buyout before the approval we get no answer so now I’m angry we drove 3 hours we basically have to insurance on our other vehicle so now instead of getting my 500 dollar deposit back I’m paying more,so we cave and pay it so after we get it resolved we are going over the paper work the vin number they gave me for insurance was for the wrong vehicle I had to catch this not them they give me some lame excuse now we don’t have insurance for both vehicles now after 3 hour drive and 4 hours in the dealership they give us a dealer plate, the kicker is I was talking to 2 other dealerships and they both told me this dealership is lazy and when u get there NOTHING will be what they said it would be I didn’t believe but they were bang on so if u want a new vehicle and u want to do there job for them this is the place but if u want the dealership to work for your business go elsewhere More
