I decline the Paint Protection, Extended Warranty, etc. after reaching that agreement Edgar prepared the papers and when signing, he said pointing to take note that we declined those mentioned and have them signed. As a first time buyer, I was excited and anxious to drive my brand new vehicle. After arriving at home from a 3 hour drive, I looked at the papers and behold a $2849.99 Value Added Package and I asked him what they composed of, a Block heater, Wheel locks, mud flaps, floor mats, 24hr roadside assistance, paint touch up pen, courtesy transportation service, first free oil change, power polish before delivery, full detail of vehicle and a Premium Members Card. I was shock that this was not mentioned, explained or even offered optionally. My experienced as a first time car buyer and trusting them in good faith was disappointingly unforgettable. More

Engine failed!! My engine failed and I had to have my car towed to the dealership. Staring at a huge repair bill I was losing sleep awaiting diagnostics. The verdict came in swiftly within half a day and Kia had decided to replace my entire engine at no charge based on a warranty recall, no haggling or complaining required. In the process, they also recommended replacing my clutch as they would be able to waive the labor charge as the car was being taken apart anyway. Natasha and the girls were fabulous the whole way through keeping me up to date and I got a rental car in the meantime. Unbelievably positive experience created from a horrible situation. Thanks to the service team at Kia West for a job well done! More

I used the unhaggle.ca website to research prices, then requested quotes from several Edmonton area Kia dealers. Sales manager Aaron at Kia West Edmonton was the only one to immediately reply in writing via email with an itemized list of exactly what I requested with all taxes, fees, and financing details and no unwanted extras. When I eventually obtained competing quotes, KWE was the lowest and most transparent. Aaron referred me to salesperson Mike Warner, who stuck with the quote throughout the purchase process and made sure everything went exactly according to plan. I was able to complete most of the paperwork before my arrival at the dealership. The only minor glitch in the process was that they could not fit me in for the final sign-off at the time I wanted. Since I had to wait until the next day, they provided me with a loaner vehicle for the night and I was perfectly satisfied. At closing, the finance manager Kathleen offered the usual additional items (extended warranties, protection package, etc.), but there was absolutely no pressure to buy any of them. Mike did a thorough job of walking me through the features of the vehicle and making sure I was a happy customer before I left. In the end, I drove away with exactly what I wanted for the original price I was quoted. KWE gave me no surprises or difficulties and it was a pleasure to buy from them. More
