My front bumper now has a big dent in it. I brought this up and was told the tech noticed the damage after the walk around and that my vehicle had surveillance cameras on it the whole time, yet I was told by the service department my vehicle was taken off the lot twice, which was also mentioned in the paperwork, so I've been confused as to how they had eyes on it the whole time. I was also told the manager viewed the video 2 weeks ago, then last week I was told that they had just viewed it, so I've been misinformed twice now and those are just the ones that I've caught. I was told by the manager I could come in and view the surveillance tapes with them, I accepted and all my emails since then have been ignored. So I took my vehicle in, got a damaged vehicle back, I've been lied to and then when I prove I'm being lied to, I get ignored. I'll never give this place my business again, I'd suggest you think twice before dealing with this company. More

Extremely poor service. I have been thoroughly disappointed both times I have had the misfortune of dealing with these people. I was told my warranty was covered by Natasha and then got the “o disappointed both times I have had the misfortune of dealing with these people. I was told my warranty was covered by Natasha and then got the “oops someone entered wrong info on computer” I was there for over 2 hours for a 20 minute diagnostic which they waived after realizing they had made a mistake. I bought some new headlights thinking the warranty work was covered. Extremely poor show and I would never choose to get my new or used car here or have service of any kind done here. I visited the showroom to meet with Michael as he had sent me a video of a 2020 Ebony Black SX Telluride that morning. I went with my family to have their opinion . When we arrived it was already sold sent me a video of a 2020 Ebony Black SX Telluride that morning. I went with my family to have their opinion . When we arrived it was already sold - however there was a gravity grey one available, but an SX Limited - and the Ebony one we wanted was a SX. Therefore we had no interest in it. We did test drive it for reference only - and inquired on how long for another SX to arrive ? Also requested the value of our trade in. Once we received numbers back from Michael I requested new ones (and his boss moved some but no where near competitive )- as they were around 10 k less than anywhere else. Michael brought his manager out Brandon - and Brandon said that was all he could move and insinuated I should take the grey one that was the wrong colour and wrong model - as a black SX would be months away. Also stated that we would never get more trade for our Tahoe anywhere. This was all in a rather intimidating, aggressive manner to the point where my 11 year old son asked why he was angry after we left. This was the third week of August 2019. Well I must say that within one month we had a new 2020 Black SX from another dealership - and 7 k more for our trade than Brandon was offering. And a healthy interaction for our family throughout the process. Patience pays off and professionalism goes miles and miles - and word of mouth carries weight. More

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I bought a used vehicle from KIA west edmonton. It had a low tire when i purchased it. All our verbal conversation about replacing tires was forgotten and the fine print told all about how this dealership will do anything to get a sale. It took me a week to get a hold of Mark the used cars salesman. And i am still waiting for a response from KIA canada. Mark from used cars said he will put a plug in the tire, and if that doesnt hold that i shouldnt worry about it. "what if a plane falls from the sky and hits it" was his attitude. I hope kia responds and i hope koa can find the budget to pay qualified people for these posistions in the future. My vehicle wasnt a Kia model, it was a used truck with a 51,000$ price tag. If your reading this, go anywhere else. More
