My "repaired" car imploded on the way home and left me on the roadside. I immediately called Mike and informed him that I was not going to be interested in the deal now that my trade was toast and I had I'd like my deposit ASAP so I can afford the exorbitant cost of towing. He told me he would send a car for me in the morning and the deal was happening like it or not as I had already seen the numbers. No application, no bill of sale, no congratulatory handshakes, just "screw you , you're buying a car from us". I of course went elsewhere and had a great sales experience. I again contacted Mike who then continuously ghosted me, wouldn't return calls, was always in meetings or robbing another customer.
