He not only listened to my "wants" but also to my "needs" and never tried to oversell me on additional unnecessary add-ons. When it came to going over the finances, both Alex an Bojan worked with me so I could find the best payment plan at the best rate. I was able to look at multiple options and they continued to provide solutions to my concerns. I highly recommend anyone to come check this team out if you're in the market. They were able to get me into a brand new 2018 Sportage as my very first car purchase. More

Do not buy from this dealer - I bought a Kia Sorrento a year ago from this dealer - Pushy sales - In there from 11 am til 5pm - there was no manual, one set of keys. Took three mon I bought a Kia Sorrento a year ago from this dealer - Pushy sales - In there from 11 am til 5pm - there was no manual, one set of keys. Took three months to get manual - Then found out I only had Jack and was missing handle and wrench - took four months to get these. After that I had a leaky tire and when I went to get it fixed they had to jack car up to fix leak as the tires had a lock nut on them. Never go the key . Contacted Kia and Harry said it was in the front consul when I bought it. I told him only a used scratch ticket was in the front consul. Basically he called me a liar after a number of calls to get this key. No one went over any of the details of the car when we bought it - As soon as they got paid it was like pushing us out the door. Have just traded this car in at a Kia dealership in Courtenay - that gives great service - no pressure sales people. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO KIA SOUTH AGAIN! THEIR SALES AND SERVICE SUCKS! More
