He answered numerous phone calls, texts and responded very diligently. More so, he was extremely professional in all his communication with me and was 100% honest with me and did not play games. Additionally, he was able to work in my budget and get me a great deal. I cannot reccomend a more customer service driven individual. His passion for giving top notch customer service showed throughout all aspects on working together on a deal. More

We were disappointed that we couldn't negotiate the purchase of Will was a very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. 5 out of 5 for that. We were disappointed that we couldn't negotiate the purchase of an electric vehicle from him, but the reason was unrelated to him and/or to the dealership and out of their control. For that we have to rate the experience 3 out of 5. In the end, Will referred us to another dealership where we did complete a purchase that met all our needs. Thanks, Will!! More

We weren't sure what make of vehicle we wanted to buy, we just knew that it had to have towing capacity. Marco showed us all of the amenities of the Sorrento and it seemed like the right fit for us. The Sorrento has a nice smooth, quiet ride. Marco was very helpful with following up with the Service Department to get our protection package done. We ended up buying the Manager demo car and there was a small dent and scratch on one of the back doors. Marco and Alex were most helpful in getting the dent fixed and providing us with a courtesy car. Thanks! We love our car! More
